سلین هاکوپیان یکی دیگر از فرهنگ دوستان و دوستداران کودکان ایران، هنگامی که آگاه شد گروهی در حال گرد آوری بازیچه ها و اشیای مربوط به کودکان برای موزه ملی فرهنگ و ادبیات کودکان هستند، بدون لحظه ای درنگ عروسک هایی را که سال ها خود و مادرش با دل و جان از آن ها نگه داری کرده بودند، به موسسه پژوهشی تاریخ ادبیات کودکان اهدا کرد.
Research on the history of children's literature in Iran and publishing 7 volumes of books have led us to take on a new project. This undertaking goes beyond literature and includes all aspects of children's lives and culture in all periods from ancient times to 1978.
Our research covers subjects such as the history of children's hygiene and medicine, education, clothing, toys and games, child rearing beliefs and traditions and children's rights.
The Research Library was established in 2000, along with the Institute. In the beginning, the library’s role was to support the information needs of the research group working on the history of children’s literature. After two years the institute started organizing the research library and information center on the history of Iranian children's literature. Today the library has more than 18 thousand categorized information sources.
Iranak Bank, the Database for children’s culture and literature started its fifth year activity on November 13th, 2010.
The Database For Children's Culture and Literature of Iran(DCLI) is based on the findings of the Institute for Research on the History of Children’s Literature in Iran (IRHCLI) which has gathered tens of thousands of documents and materials from various fields related to children and adolescents for nearly a decade.
HODHOD is a specialized Web Portal in Farsi and English about resources on the culture and literature of children & young adults. HODHOD is a gateway to information with directories on a wide range of subjects. By categorizing the subjects, HODHOD facilitates access to information and different websites for interested users, especially for students, Parents, teachers, Librarian and researchers.
Ketabak is a virtual center for reading promotion founded in 2007 by The Institute for Research on the History of Children's Literature (IRHCLI), in collaboration with The House of Librarians for the Promotion of Reading among Children and Young People , a cultural center affiliated with the Children's Book Council of Iran.
نیما یوشیج در ۲۱ آبان سال ۱۲۷۶ در یوش، دهکده ای پیرامون آمل، زاده شد. پدرش در ۱۲ سالگی او را برای ادامه ی تحصیل به تهران فرستاد. در تهران نخست در دبستان حیات جاوید رشدیه و سپس در مدرسه ی متوسطه ی کاتولیک سن لوئی درس خواند.
با فرا رسیدن ۲۱ آبان، ایرانک بانک، تنها بانک اطلاعات فرهنگ و ادبیات کودکان ایران، وارد پنجمین سال فعالیت خود شد.
The Institute for Research on History of Children's Literature (IRHCL) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in 2000 by enthusiastic researchers in children's literature. In the twenty years of its flourishing, it has engaged with widespread national and international activities. As a unique Iranian organization in childhood studies with successful background, the institute has received the outstanding IBBY-Asahi Reading Promotion Award for the Read with Me Project in 2016.
