Historical Artifacts Museum for Blind Children

 A permanent exhibition of historical artifacts for the blind was opened at Iran’s House of Librarians for Children and Adolescents by the Children’s Book Council.‎

Leila Kafashzadeh has executed this first such project in Iran by offering artifacts` reproduction of artifacts along with brail subtitles at the International Book Fair for Children with Special Needs in Tehran.‎ One section of the exhibition explains how a ceramic artifact is restored.‎ Different stages of restoring artifacts and historical structures are exhibited in relief and can be touched.‎ Enameled tiles from Persepolis, calligraphy from the Islamic era, the Cyrus cylinder and the Bam citadel are among that are exhibited through reproducing.‎
