The Institute for Research on the History of Children’s Literature in Iran, conducted a series of training workshops for its staff from 17 April to 17 May 2009. The workshops aimed to review the organizational structure, and to build the capacity of the staff in the areas of planning, seeking new approaches, participation and decision making; all in line with the overall objectives of the Institute. The workshops were conducted by Afsaneh Ashrafi, Trainer/ Planning Consultant to the Institute. Currently the staff are in the process of planning /reviewing their personal responsibilities based on the Logical Framework Analyses described/practices in the training sessions. The outcome of the workshops will be evaluated in a meeting with the staff.
